Cool Off with Summertime Smoothies!

Nothing is more refreshing on a hot summer day than an ice-cold smoothie. Check out these simple, but tasty, ideas you can try this season.
Lemon Berry Smoothie:
1 6-ounce container of low-fat lemon yogurt
1 20-ounce can of crush pineapple, drained
1 16-ounce can of blackberries, drained
1 cup of crushed ice
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.


Peach and Almond OJ Smoothie:
1 cup of cold orange juice
1 cup of frozen peaches
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp. slivered almonds
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
