The Pandemic Made Me Do It
About the Program
Hofheimer Family Law Firm is offering the following scholarship opportunities to Virginia women. These scholarships include opportunities for growth, empowerment, and support in their life.
Two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to women whose video essay submissions show how their educational opportunities will pave the way to their “post-pandemic” life.
Applicants must be residents of Virginia; enrolled either full or part-time in a technical or vocational school, pursuing a training certificate geared towards improved economic opportunity, or enrolled in a traditional two or four-year degree-seeking program at an accredited Virginia school. Late applications and incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
The five best candidates, selected by the scholarship committee, will be featured on our website and social media pages for members of the general public to vote for their favorite candidates.
Final judging will include both points awarded on an internal basis by the scholarship committee and also points for the video submissions which receive the most votes from the public during the month of June.
