Custody can stand on its own, but it can also come along as part of a divorce case. If you’re married to your child’s father, you need more than just information about how custody is determined in Virginia, and our divorce seminar is a great place to start. Each of our divorce seminars covers important topics in Virginia divorce, including the types of divorce, how custody, child and spousal support, and equitable distribution work, when you’re separated, and more. Each seminar is taught by one of our licensed and experienced Virginia divorce and custody attorneys, all of whom have experience handling custody cases and will be available to answer questions—for free, to celebrate Mother’s Day!

3. Custody Bootcamp for Moms Scholarship
Custody Bootcamp for Moms is our custody-specific seminar, and it’s awesome! It’s designed for Virginia moms who are facing a custody and visitation case at the juvenile court level. Normally $197, we’re willing to offer one scholarship to our July 22nd seminar. 4.Discounted initial consultation fee on May 15, 2017. ($135 savings)
For one day, May 15th, Hofheimer Family Law will be offering initial consultations for Virginia moms at a significantly reduced rate—something we only do once per year! Normally $285, on May 15th, consultations will be reduced to $150 for Virginia moms facing custody cases. It’s an opportunity to have a one-on-one conversation with a local Virginia attorney, including the chance to strategize how to begin to move your case forward.
What happens in an initial consultation? It’s a great place to learn about your rights, what you may be entitled to, and calculate child support. You can ask the questions that are keeping you lying awake at night, and begin to strategize for how you plan to move your case forward.
